After adding the borders, I sew thin fusible interfacing on top, leaving a small opening on one side. Trim the corners, turn right side out (fusible side on back) and then fuse the label onto the quilt. Finish by hand stitching the label onto the quilt. So much easier and more charming too.
Soon they will be wrapped and off to the post office, then I can focus on the last few items on my list.

I just came across your blog and am so happy that I found it. I use google reader, and it was one of the blog that was recommended. I absolutely love your quilts! I love quilting and love to see what others are doing. I already added you to my favorites so that I can keep up with all your creations.
they look great and you have finished a bunch! thanks for reminding me to label..i've been a slacker about that!
Great labels! Sadly, this is one thing that I almost never take the time to do.
i used the EQ printables for the first time this weekend. i have to say, it was awesome. expensive, but awesome. i didn't applique my label on; instead i sewed in on like a garment tag before i put on the binding. i'll definitely use it again...
